Sometimes they need to make critical decisions in just a few seconds. Sales and trading departments’ staffs are dealing with clients more often than working individually. They may spend hours having discussions with clients. No wonder that strong communication skills are important. These staffs have to understand the research reports and analysis about the markets condition. They must deliver the reports in a very convincing manner to the clients.
  3. Research à Researchers are dedicated themselves to build reliable reports  in specific business sectors. The reports contain the recent news happened in the specific business area being researched. Analysts in Research Departments  specifically develop analysis on their area of interests. Both analysts and researchers are required to have strong analytical skills, communicative manners, and the ability to presents ideas in order and as clearly as possible to the clients.
